PANACEA is a team, cross-trained in every aspect of patient care.

From insurance verification to reception to comprehensive in-office and telehealth visits, to insurance revenue cycle management, including billing and collections, there is no need to worry about multiple vendors and call centers.

We are here to efficiently solve any problem of health or its hassles. By cutting out the medical middle men, we are able to keep our costs down so that we may deliver high quality, boutique style, care within the constraints of an affordable fee-for-service model.



Lupe, BS, MA-C



Allergy Technician/Medical Office Manager



Lupe is a graduate from Marquette University. She has a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She has always had an interest in the medical field ranging from working as a phlebotomist to shadowing surgical PAs. She enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with family.



Tess, BS, MA-C



Medical assistant/ Pre-medical Intern



Tess is a recent graduate of Lehigh University with a bachelor’s in biology and a minor in psychology. In college she participated in neuron reconstruction research and was a member of the rowing team. In her free time, Tess enjoys running, reading, and crocheting. Tess is currently in her "gap years" and strives to be a physician assistant in the future.



Jane, MA



Medical assistant/ Summer Intern



Jane is a college student at Nova Southeastern University majoring in biology and minoring in Spanish and music and is enrolled in the dual Osteopathic Medical program. She is also the president of the a cappella club at NSU. Jane spends her free time teaching figure skating, playing hockey, and skateboarding.



Ryan, MA



Medical assistant/Summer intern



Ryan is a rising senior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign majoring in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Technology. He is EMT-B certified and has participated in medical service work in Peru. At UIUC, Ryan serves on the executive boards of two volunteer-based organizations, MEDLIFE and SAGE. In his free time, he enjoys being outside, watching shows, and spending time with friends and family. Ryan hopes to become a physician assistant in the future.

Madelyn



Administrative Assistant/

Madelyn is a committed student at Tallahassee State College, pursuing a degree in psychology. She has a strong passion for science and patient care, with a particular interest in understanding the complexities of the brain using radiology and sonography. Outside of her studies, Madelyn enjoys music, working out and cooking. She is actively involved in her local church, enjoys crocheting and reading and dedicates her time to spreading positivity in the community!



Shane



Administrative and Revenue Cycle Assistant



Shane is a college senior at Florida State University majoring in both physics and mathematics. In his spare time, he has been practicing Japanese and helps with his mom's business. Shane is also a club hockey player and always enjoys time with his friends.
