Biographies
Dr. Lisa Sullivan- Allergist/Immunologist
Dr. Sullivan has board certifications in both Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology. She received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from Florida State University and her medical degree from the University of Florida School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Rush University in Chicago. After residency, Dr. Sullivan became an Instructor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. She practiced general pediatrics for 3 years and was an attending physician at Children’s Memorial Hospital in the departments of academic pediatrics and emergency medicine. She then went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Rush University. For the last 6 years, Dr. Sullivan has been practicing Allergy and Immunology on the north shore of Chicago. She is on staff at 
Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, NorthShore University Health System (formerly Evanston Northwestern Healthcare), Advocate Condell Medical Center and Children’s Memorial Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. Sullivan is a happily married mother of three charming little boys and resides in Highland Park.
Dr. Karen Jackson- Allergist/Immunologist
Dr. Jackson is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy/Immunology. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Loyola University of Chicago and her medical degree from Chicago Medical School. She completed both her residency in Internal Medicine and her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center. After
her training, she practiced Allergy/immunology in the Northern and Northwestern Suburbs for one year and then relocated to the Western Suburbs for 15 years. She is now excited to join Dr. Sullivan in practice as she has moved back to the Northern Suburbs. She is married and is the mother of two children.
Sarah Baker, P.A.-C- Physician Assistant
Sarah is a Physician Assistant with a special interest in the management of Asthma and Allergic Conditions. She received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, from Michigan State University. She completed the Physician Assistant Program at Central Michigan Univers
ity where she served as President of her class and received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She practiced general pediatrics for two years before joining Dr. Sullivan and is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her free time Sarah enjoys running, snowboarding, and family time with her husband and their two labradoodles.
Stephanie (CMA)- Clinical Coordinator
Stephanie has been a medical assistant for 13 years with past experience in occupational health and family medicine. She has been specializing in allergy and asthma care for 10 years and has worked with Dr. Sullivan for the last 6 years. 
Stephanie earned her Certified Medical Assistant certificate from San Joaquin Valley College. She is a native of Milwaukee and as such, she, her husband and adorable 2 young sons enjoy cheering the Brewers to victory!
Kathy- Manager and After Hours Medical Liason
Touch of Health Management, Ltd. 
Kathy has 15 years experience as a paramedic and emergency room medical technician and 10 years experience in medical phone triage. In her spare time she delights in spoiling her baby granddaughter.
Rose- Medical Receptionist
Rose has extensive experience in customer service as a licenced Cosmetologist for 27 years and owner of 2 pizza/pasta/catering restaurants for 16 years. She then became interested in the medical field and has been a medical receptionist for 2 years. She loves working with patients and is looking forward to learning more. Recently, she has started training to assist the doctors and nurses. After work, if she
is not relaxing with her dear husband of 20 years and her dog named Scotty, she is enjoying the energy of her huge family, as the youngest of 7 with 14 nieces and nephews. And of course...she and her husband are big Cub fans, Go Cubbies!
Tracy- Medical Receptionist
Tracy has been a medical receptionist for the past 4 years and is always eager to help. She comes to us from a commercial art and design background and continues her passion in her free time. She has an honorary advanced degree in modern text messaging, as she is a proud mom of 3 awesome teen- young adults. She also enjoys basketball, roller skate/blading, hanging with her two dogs Willy and Star and auditioning her pet gecko Milo for TV commercials.
Jen- Medical Billing Supervisor, Certified Phlebotomist 
Jen has 10 years of experience in medical billing and also functions as Touch of Health's onsite certified phlebotomist. As a native of Buffalo Grove, she, her husband and 2 children are die hard fans of the Bears and Cubs.
